ろくろ成形で生まれた柔らかなフォルムに、辰砂釉をたっぷり掛け、還元焼成によって深みのある赤を引き出しました。
内側にはろくろ目を活かした茶だまりが渦を描き、抹茶を点てるたびに景色が広がります。
還元の赤と酸化の青が溶け合い、炎の中で生まれた唯一無二の色彩が魅力です。外側は柔らかなグラデーション、内側は鮮やかな赤が際立ち、抹茶の緑とのコントラストも楽しめます。
直径約12cm、高さ約8.4cm。日常のお茶時間から特別なおもてなしまで、幅広くお使いいただけます。

This handcrafted matcha bowl (chawan) is wheel-thrown and finished with a generous coat of copper red glaze (Shinsya-yu), fired in a reduction atmosphere to bring out its deep, vibrant red tones.
Inside the bowl, the natural spiral “rokuro-me” (wheel marks) create a beautiful focal point, known as cha-damari, where tea pools elegantly during preparation.
The glaze reveals a unique fusion of reduction red and subtle hints of oxidation blue, creating a rich, layered surface—one that can never be replicated exactly. The outer surface shows a soft gradient, while the inside glows with brilliant red, making the green of matcha stand out vividly.
